What is the Return Policy? Can I return a card if I don't like it?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving it. Because we’re a small business and print everything in small batches we unfortunately can’t accept returns for a change of mind.
Are your cards really hand-drawn? What materials do you use?
Each card begins as an original watercolour painting, thoughtfully designed and executed by hand. We then reproduce it on premium, textured paper to retain all the charm and detail of the original artwork.
Where are your products manufactured?
Nora is owned and operated here in Mumbai, India. All the illustrations are hand-drawn with love, and our products are printed locally using high-quality paper.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we have a discounted rate for bulk orders of 100 cards or more. For special projects, bulk orders, or custom requests, reach us at info@shopnora.in
What are your shipping charges?
We charge a flat fee of Rs. 100 for delivery. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days and delivery typically takes 2–10 days. Because we’re a small business and print in small batches, we recommend allowing up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. If you need something more urgently message us on +91 93247 61488
What if my card arrives damaged?
We do our level best to insure things make it to you okay, but if something goes wrong please email us within 7 days of receiving the card. Add a picture of the damage so we can rectify the matter at the earliest- info@shopnora.in.
